Return and exchange policy 

Ticheeybygauri is a start-up and I, the founder, request my customers, my girlfriends to back me up in this journey. 

We offer a customer-friendly return and exchange policy designed to make online shopping convenient and low-risk. Customers can typically request a return or exchange within 7 days from delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.  

The shipping is free from my brand side, however in case of return we would need to charge the shipping fee.

Return Shipping Fee, a flat return shipping fee of ₹ 150 will be deducted from your refund to which will cover reverse logistics costs, inspection and restocking costs.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers need to place a request through the website after which a reverse pickup is arranged from the delivery address; in cases where pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the item. Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds are processed either to the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.

Exchanges are generally subject to product availability, and if the requested size or style is unavailable, customers may opt for a refund or store credit instead.

Refund timelines can vary but usually take 4 business days after the product is received and approved.
