Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order in a timely and seamless manner. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS to monitor the shipment status in real time. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but typically orders are delivered within 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for non-metro or remote areas.

For Mumbai - Delivery within 2 to 3 day and for rest of India within 7 to 10 days. 

We offer shipping across India, and offer free shipping. Charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value as part of promotional offers. Please note that any shipping or convenience charges applied at the time of placing the order are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or high order volumes during sale periods. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any significant updates. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details, including complete address and contact information, to avoid delays or failed deliveries. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability of the recipient, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.

For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply, and orders may be confirmed via phone or SMS before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if they are not verified successfully. Additionally, orders once shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
